February 2004                     Opened Bill Toth Real Estate, Inc.

In November 2005 he created Bill Toth and Associates and recruited over 40 agents while continuing to maintain his client relationships and personally closing 60-70 escrows per year.

 

2001 – 2004                            Top Producing Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker –

                                                Burbank office.  Averaging 65 closings per year.

 

February 2001                       Sold 100 agent company, including escrow and lending division, to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.  Remained as Number One Producing Sales Agent.            

 

1994 – 2001                            President of Fred Sands First Class Real Estate.

                                                Broker of record and Top Producing sales agent for each year.

                                                           

August 1997                           Expanded Fred Sands First Class Real Estate to 55 agents and merged with another local Real Estate company, adding their 30 agents to his company.

 

July 1994                                Signed franchise agreement with Fred Sands Realtors and Opened Fred Sands First Class Real Estate.  Moved to 6000 Sq. ft office and recruited 30 agents within 6 months

 

January 1994                         Received California Real Estate Brokers License.  Opened First Class Real Estate.

 

January 1990                         Named Rookie of the Year at Ramsey Shilling Realtors.

Bill Toth has been a Realtor since 1989 and a Real Estate Broker since 1994. He was President and Broker of Record for a 100 agent Burbank Real Estate Company until he sold the company in 2001. His non-compete covenant expired in February 2006. He currently employs approximately 40 agents and continues to service his past and present clients.

  

 As of July, 2009, Bill Toth & Associates employs 40 agents.
